Nova is thrilled to welcome Bar, Food and Beverage Manager Tim Wastell, who honed his craft at Acqua e Vino and has been placed in the top ten at the Australian Bartender of the Year competition for four years running. In 2009, he took home the prestigious Australian Bar Manager of the year title for his work at Melbourne’s Blue Diamond. Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his position. “I am absolutely stoked at the opportunity to expand the Cinema Nova experience for our guests and regulars who have made Nova the art house venue that it is today.”
