Moll (Buckley) lives on the tiny island of Jersey and feels suffocated by her life there. With an unfulfilling job and living with her oppressive, often casually cruel family, she longs for something, anything that could offer hope for change. And then she meets newcomer Pascal (Johnny Flynn). Handsome and passionate, Moll is immediately swept up in his thrall. But then a series of brutal murders are committed across the island. As Pascal becomes a leading suspect, Moll must decide what she is willing to do in order to protect him, and whether the man she loves is a dangerous madman who could turn on her.
This raw and pulsating psychological drama is a mystery that will imprint itself on your mind long after its secrets are masterfully unfurled.
