Winner of nine Italian Academy Awards and Best Actor at the Cannes Film festival, DOGMAN is a crime thriller from director Matteo Garrone (Gomorrah).

In a rundown part of Naples, mild-mannered Marcello (Marcello Fonte) runs a dog-grooming business while raising his daughter, Alida. But when customer and petty crim Simone (Edoardo Pesce) shows up, Marcello becomes reluctantly swept up in criminal activity he wants no part in.

Based on fact and showcasing extraordinary performances by its actors as well as some four-legged friends, the film is a unique vision from the always interesting Garrone.
