Enjoy an edible bug canape upon arrival and join filmmakers Johanna Kelly & Cameron Marshad, and international guest Kevin Bachhumer of Big Cricket Farms (the first farm in the USA to receive FDA licensure for food-grade insects) for a screening of THE GATEWAY BUG followed by a discussion on the hot topic of insects and their role in sustainable food production.
