Drawing on Japanese and Korean folktales, Dario Russo’s debut THE FOX is an absurdly comic Australian folktale starring Jai Courtney, Emily Browning, and Damon Herriman, as well as the voices of Olivia Colman and Sam Neill.

Nick (Courtney) is a small-town, Adelaide country himbo, catching foxes, heir to a large estate, and soon to be married to his fiancée Kori (Browning). But when he soon learns that his future wife is sleeping with her boss, he finds his personal life in disarray. That is until Nick finds a talking fox who informs him of a magic hole and promises to turn Kori into the perfect wife in exchange for her freedom.
