The latest feature from meta-horror auteur Jane Schoenbrun (I Saw the TV Glow), TEENAGE SEX AND DEATH AT CAMP MIASMA upends the slasher genre with Hannah Einbinder (Hacks) and Gillian Anderson (The Salt Path).

After years of slapdash sequels and waning fandom, the Camp Miasma slasher franchise is handed over to Kris (Einbinder), an enthusiastic Sundance-winning young director, for resurrection. To begin her research and plan what the film will be, she visits the original movie’s scream queen Billy (Anderson), a now-reclusive actress shrouded in mystery. As the two women move through the attachment and interpretation of the series, their lives become interwoven to the films, leading them to fall into a blood-soaked world of desire, fear, and delirium.
