A group of scientists led by the obsessive Dr. Pretorius (Ted Sorel) perfect the Resonator, a device that manipulates the pineal gland and reveals a terrifying dimension filled with ravenous, otherworldly predators. When Pretorius is seized by the creatures and reborn as a grotesque, shape-shifting abomination, he begins hunting the surviving members of the team one by one.
