Moss & Freud

The debut feature of Oscar-winner James Lucas, MOSS & FREUD documents the pivotal bond between era-defining supermodel Kate Moss and British artist Lucian Freud.

In London, 2002, the world-famous Kate Moss (Ellie Bamber) agrees to pose over the course of nine months for painter Lucian Freud (Derek Jacobi). Although Freud is sceptical of celebrity culture, he and Moss forge an unbreakable bond that challenges both of their ideas of connection, transcending the art that brings them together. As Moss becomes Freud’s muse and bares more than just her skin, this collaboration prompts her to embark on an intense journey of self-discovery.
