Caught Stealing
Starring Austin Butler (Dune: Part Two, The Bikeriders) and Zoë Kravitz (The Batman), Darren Aronofsky’s (The Whale) CAUGHT STEALING is a comedic action-lead time capsule of New York in the 90s.
Hank Thompson (Butler) was a high-school baseball phenomenon who can’t play anymore, but he lives a great life tending a dive bar in New York, and he’s looking at taking the next step with Yvonne (Kravitz), someone he’s seeing. But when his punk-rock neighbour Russ (Matt Smith) asks him to take care of his cat for a few days, Hank suddenly finds himself caught in the middle of a motley crew of threatening gangsters that all want a piece of him, and he has no idea why.
With an ensemble cast including Regina King, Liev Schreiber, Vincent D’Onofrio, Griffin Dunne, Benito A Martínez Ocasio, and Carol Kane, CAUGHT STEALING is a home run.
