The band’s getting back together! Matt Johnson (Blackberry) and Jay McCarrol stars as fictionalised versions of themselves in time-travel mockumentary NIRVANNA THE BAND THE SHOW THE MOVIE.

Looking to take their band ‘Nirvanna the Band’ to new heights, Matt and Jay decide to try and book a gig at The Rivoli, a bar and restaurant in Toronto, despite never having written a single song. To promote the gig, they decide to attempt a grand stunt from the Toronto Tower, but after a mishap, the pair find themselves transported back into 2008 and must figure out how to get back.

Filmed without permits and amongst real, unassuming crowds, NIRVANNA THE BAND THE SHOW THE MOVIE is mockumentary filmmaking at its best.
