Lawrence of Arabia

Sweeping and epic, a true epic from director David Lean is LAWRENCE OF ARABIA – nominated for 10 Oscars at the 1963 awards. With Peter O’Toole playing the eponymous T.E Lawrence and support from Alec Guinness as the man he is sent to find – Prince Faisal – Lawrence goes to Arabia to serve as a liaison between the Arabs and the British in their fight against the Turks. Lawrence, along with Sherif Ali (Omar Sharif), rebels against his orders and embarks on a perilous camel journey across the harsh desert to attack a well-guarded Turkish port.
