What's Love Got to Do with It?

A feel-good film that seemlessly blends the cross-culture charm of Bend It Like Beckham with the finest modern British romance, Shekhar Kapur (Elizabeth, Bandit Queen) directs Lily James (Baby Driver), Shazad Latif (Falling For Figaro) and Emma Thompson (Good Luck To You Leo Grande) in an original comedy by Jemima Khan.

Zoe (James) and Kazim (Latif) grew up living next door to one another in London. A successful doctor, Kazim has little time to look for love and opts for an arranged marriage - much to the surprise of filmmaker Zoe. Struggling to land on a subject for her next documentary, Zoe convinces Kazim to allow her to follow the process as he meets with a matchmaker and starts along the path to meet the woman of his (parents') dreams.
