From Edward Berger (Conclave) comes BALLAD OF A SMALL PLAYER, a gambling thriller starring Colin Farrel, Tilda Swinton, and Fala Chen (Lucky Lu).

When his past starts to catch up with him, Lord Freddy Doyle (Farrell) a high-stakes gambler, moves to Macau to play the part of an international high roller. On closer examination, though, Doyle’s situation is significantly more dire than appearances present, with casinos refusing to give him any credit to get out of the increasing debt that surrounds him. As private investigator Cynthia Blythe (Swinton) closes in, Doyle, with the help of Dao Ming (Chen) a sympathetic hostess, tries to escape the closing confines of his reality.
