TEMPORARY CHANGES TO LIFT ACCESS AT LYGON COURT
Due to ongoing Lygon Court renovations the lift entry at 333 Drummond Street will be temporarily offline. Cinema Nova requests that customers requiring lift access read the following to avoid further inconvenience caused by shopping centre renovations.
Lift access to Cinema Nova’s facilities on Level One (Candy Bar, Main Foyer, Cinemas 1-3, 6-16) can be reached via the lift outside Woolworths, located on the Lower Ground level. This lift can be accessed from Level One, Lower Ground and the Lygon Court Car Park. It does not provide access to the Ground Floor (Cinema Nova Box Office, Cinemas 4 + 5), but the Ground Floor is accessible from the Lower Ground level via the travelators outside Woolworths.
Should you or your guest be unable to ride the travelators, please read the following:
Cinema Nova recommends checking which cinema number your selected session is screening in. To do this, visit the Cinema Nova website and click on your selected film session (EG The Mule, Tuesday, 6.20pm). The next webpage will indicate the cinema number in yellow type (EG NOVA – Cinema 7). Use this cinema number to plan your visit.
CINEMAS 1-3, 6-16: Enter Lygon Court via the Drummond Street ramp entry or the Lygon Court Car Park, take the lift to Level One, enter via Cinema Nova’s Disabled Access door and proceed to the Candy Bar for tickets, snacks or to be directed to your cinema.
CINEMAS 4 and 5: Enter Lygon Court from Lygon Street and proceed to the box office for assistance. Where the box office is operating from the Candy Bar, proceed to the Disabled Access door located behind the box office, press the ‘doorbell’ and a staff member will come to assist you.
Alternately, please call the cinema on 9347 5331 and speak to a staff member to obtain this information.
We apologies for the inconvenience caused by this temporary change to lift access. Please direct any concerns regarding the lift outage to the Lygon Court Centre Manager: 9347 5055
Thank you for your understanding.
