Roofman
From Derek Cianfrance (Blue Valentine, The Place Beyond the Pines) comes ROOFMAN, a charming comedy/crime that's based on a true story, starring Channing Tatum, Kirsten Dunst, and Peter Dinklage.
Former Army Ranger Jeffrey Manchester (Tatum) is a struggling father who’s unable to make ends meet. To provide for his family he resorts to robbing McDonald's restaurants; an act that eventually get him arrested. However, Jeff soon escapes prison by hiding underneath a truck leaving the compound, and for the next six months he lives inside a Toys “R” Us, surviving undetected while planning his next move. But when he falls for Leigh (Dunst), a divorced mom drawn to his charm, his double life begins to unravel, setting off a compelling and suspenseful game of cat and mouse as his past closes in.
