Silence of the Lambs, The

35TH ANNIVERSARY! Jonathan Demme’s iconic, influential, and Best Picture winning THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS is as timeless as it is unsettling.

Young FBI agent Clarice Starling (Jodie Foster) is assigned to help find Catherine Martin (Brooke Smith), a missing woman who’s been kidnapped by Buffalo Bill (Ted Levine), a serial killer who skins his victims. Looking to gain a better insight into the mind of the killer, Clarice is tasked by her boss, FBI agent Jack Crawford (Scott Glenn) to talk with Hannibal Lecter (Anothony Hopkins), a once respected psychiatrist and serial killer. Although the agency believes that Lecter has information that can lead to the discovery of Buffalo Bill, Clarice must first gain his confidence if she’s going to save Catherine.
