Concession memberships must be purchased in-person at the Nova Candy Bar with proof of concession.
Memberships are valid for 12 months and can be purchased online or at the Cinema Nova Box Office. If you purchase online, make sure to pick up your physical membership card upon your next visit to Nova to finalise your account set-up. If you purchase in-person, make sure to activate your card to set-up your login for the online member portal.
Benefits of a Cinema Nova Loyalty Membership Include:
- $20 tickets for members + one guest to standard sessions (excludes Discount Monday and 3D).
- $18 tickets for members + one guest to opening day sessions.
- Discounted tickets for advance screenings and special events.
- Concession prices for film festivals, Met Opera and NT Live screenings.
- No booking fee when you book your tickets online!
- Exclusive member screening invitations and giveaways (email address necessary).
- Exclusive weekly updates on new films and the chance to get tickets first (email address necessary).

Memberships are valid for 12 months, and are non-transferable. To access all benefits, members must have a physical member card assigned to their account - for members who have purchased their membership online, simply give your full name and proof of purchase (i.e. email receipt) at the Candy Bar to collect your card. Memberships entitle you to purchase up to two member-priced tickets per transaction (one for you, one for a guest). ID may be required when purchasing your Loyalty rate tickets or on-site at the entry gate. Concession memberships must be bought and renewed in-person at the Candy Bar with proof of concession. You must be subscribed to our membership mailing list to receive invitations and giveaways. In signing up to a Nova Membership and providing your email address you are granting permission to be sent email communications from Cinema Nova, however you are welcome to unsubscribe at any time.
