You Hurt My Feelings

Beth (Julia Louis-Dreyfus), a professor and successful writer, and her husband Don (Tobias Menzies) share the kind of relationship that truly, seriously cannot be real: that is, they're actually in love. Even after decades of marriage, their spark has somehow not diminished. That is until Beth overhears Don saying he doesn't like her latest work, sending Beth into a crisis of self-doubt.
Writer-director Nicole Holofcener's YOU HURT MY FEELINGS is a warm-hearted and rueful comedy on human failings and our tendency to hide the truth out of love. A relatable, smart, and wryly delightful comedy-drama that premiered at Sundance Film Festival to great acclaim.
"One of [Holofcener's] smartest and funniest films." - RogerEbert.com , "Warm-hearted and rueful and hilarious in all the best ways" - Vox
