Allelujah

Based on the acclaimed play by Alan Bennett (The History Boys, The Lady In The Van), ALLELUJAH is a warm and humorous story about surviving old age. When a ward in a small Yorkshire hospital is threatened with closure, the hospital staff and its residents decide to fight back. Celebrating the spirit of the elderly patients whilst paying tribute to the deep humanity of the medical staff battling with limited resources and ever-growing demand, ALLELUJAH stars Jennifer Saunders, Russell Tovey, Derek Jacobi and Judi Dench, and is directed by Richard Eyre (Notes On A Scandal).
